Le livre ‘The Law of Third Sector Organizations in Europe: Foundations, Trends, and Prospects,’ édité par Antonio Fici, professeur à l’Université de Roma Tor Vergata, a été publié par Springer. Ce livre présente et analyse le droit régissant les organisations du Tiers Secteur dans plusieurs pays européens, dans une perspective comparative, dans le but de fournir une base commune pour d’autres analyses juridiques ultérieures ou des avancées législatives tant au niveau national que supranational.
Le livre est divisé en deux parties. La première partie explore la manière dont chaque juridiction nationale aborde le groupe d’entités identifiées par les auteurs comme « organisations du tiers secteur », quel que soit le nom ou les termes couramment utilisés pour ces organisations dans chaque pays ou contexte réglementaire.
Les chapitres de cette première partie du livre examinent les cas de la Belgique, du Danemark, de la France, de l’Allemagne, de l’Irlande, de l’Italie, des Pays-Bas, de la Pologne, du Portugal et de l’Espagne.
Les chapitres de la deuxième partie du livre adoptent une approche synthétique et comparative, en décrivant les voies pour les futures recherches en matière de législation sur le Tiers Secteur.
