Ha sido publicado por la editorial Springer el libro ‘The Law of Third Sector Organizations in Europe. Foundations, Trends and Prospects’, coordinado por Antonio Fici, profesor de la Universidad de Roma Tor Vergata. Este libro presenta y analiza el derecho de las organizaciones del Tercer Sector en una serie de países de la Unión Europea, y desde una perspectiva comparada, con el objetivo de proporcionar una base común para posteriores análisis jurídicos o avances legislativos tanto a nivel nacional como supranacional.
El libro se divide en dos partes. En la Parte I se presentan las formas en que cada jurisdicción nacional trata al grupo de entidades identificadas por los autores como «organizaciones del tercer sector», independientemente de la forma en que estas organizaciones se denominen o se conozcan comúnmente en cada país o lugar en que se encuentre su regulación.
Los capítulos de esta primera parte del libro analizan los casos de Bélgica, Dinamarca, Francia, Alemania, Irlanda, Italia, Países Bajos, Polonia, Portugal y España.
Los capítulos de la Parte II del libro comparten un enfoque sintético y comparativo y trazan las líneas para futuros desarrollos de la actividad investigadora en materia de legislación sobre el Tercer Sector.
