Within the framework of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU and San Sebastian’s status as Social Economy Capital, a new European Social Economy Conference will be held in Donostia-San Sebastian on 13 and 14 November, which is expected to bring together around 2,000 participants from all over Europe and other regions of the world, both on-site and on-line.
